Club Penguin EPF Phoning Facility Broken + Herbert's Attacked!

While on Club Penguin today I noticed that the Club Penguin Everyday Phoning Facility was broken! Take a look at what I saw:

 

Then I waddled inside the Everyday Phoning Facility to see this:

As fast as I could I waddled up to the 'EPF only' room and saw this:

A plastic Herbert? Well, Herbert is on Club Penguin! At the moment there are loads of bugs in this room, you can not use 'T' to through snowballs and even if you hit the target nothing happens.I hope that Club Penguin sort this bug out fast!
