Club Penguin New EPF Message - Herbert

While waddling on Club Penguin today I noticed that my EPF Spy phone was blinking blue, this means that a new EPF Message has arrived on EPF agents spy phones! This time Herbert P. Bear has left a message from us agents to see, this is what he said:

GRR! You penguins have no idea how to build a proper bot! Your Hydra-bot broke after being blown up only a few thousand times! CURSES!
