Club Penguin: Free Gift Not Allowed In the ROI

Hello fellow penguins! Along with the Club Penguin magazine which is sold in the U.K,People get a free game with loads of Puffle O's in it but in ROI (Republic of Ireland) you can't! As Club Penguin pointed out in their last video blog:

I spoke to a friend of mine in ROI who told me why it might not be allowed:
"In ROI we have a strict choking hazard law,where we can't have anything in ROI that is a choking hazard just like that game in the Club Penguin magazine"
