Club Penguin: Billybob To Post About Arctic White Colour Soon
Club Penguin have recently replied to a YouTube comment where the penguin who left the comment asked about the Arctic White colour. Happy77 replied saying Billybob will be posting on Club Penguin's What's New blog about the matter soon. This is what she said:
