Club Penguin Arctic White EXCLUSIVE 3
While checking Club Penguin's Files today I noticed something very strange, Club Penguin have made the Arctic White colour a exclusive 3. No other items in Club Penguin's Files are a Exclusive 3 item! This is what Club Penguin's Files show:
What do you think this "exclusive":"3"} means? I think the colour will be for moderators and Beta Penguins only when it's released. Or is it a way to stop penguins from hacking the colour? -Happyblue128

I think it's because people are hacking it CP have made it harder to hack
I think that Club Penguin will not release it at all
maybe an exclusive item that only appeares at party and only 3 times EVER...just my thought
