I phoned up Club Penguin's UK Support Team today to ask them a few questions! I asked them about the UK Magazine, the white penguins and to report a few Club Penguin Bugs. These are the Questions I asked:
Me: Why didn't I get a postcard from you? Wasn't I supposed to get one as I was featured in the Magazine.
Club Penguin: Umm, you don't received a postcard from us if your featured, sorry.
Me: In the UK Magazine there is a Grey Penguin, is this a mistake, exclusive or a relative of Sensei?
Club Penguin: Well umm, I'm not to sure about that one. The only grey penguin is Sensei so umm, I think that is a error but I not sure on that one!
Me: The colour white has been seen on the island, will it be officially released soon?
Club Penguin: Umm, well it's defiantly been seen around the island but I'm not sure if it'll be released any time soon.
Me: Do you have any Exclusive information you could give me about the Earth Day Party?
Club Penguin: Umm, I haven't got any news to tell you as the HQ have been keeping the Earth Day Party news secret even from us! But we haven't got long to wait as it's released soon.
Me: I have a bug to report to you, Puffle Handler is missing from the Characters list on your website!
Club Penguin: Oh right, thanks! Well Puffle Handler, or PH, is a new mascot so I'm sure when Club Penguin have some more information about her they will add her on there, but I'm not 100% sure.
Me: Right, that's it! Thanks for answering those questions for me.
Club Penguin: That's okay, thanks for your call!
Me: No problem!
Club Penguin: *Puts Phone Down*
Me: Rude...
