Club Penguin have released a new Elite Penguin Force Message and this time the message is from Rookie. The Elite Penguin Force Message links in with this week's field-ops.

It reads:

Hey everyone, I was in the Pizza Shop, and I overheard someone say there's a cream soda shortage. Is Rockhopper in town???
