Club Penguin Free Item Bug

Today while I was flying in Santa's sleigh I had dropped all the presents down penguins chimneys and received a free item as anyone would. However, I didn't get the item as I clicked on the free item but I didn't get the item! That's a bit unusually, here take a look!

I think this is a Club Penguin bug as I should receive the item and be able to use it. Has this happened to you before? I can't receive the 25th advent calender gift either.. can you? Comment and tell me ~Happyblue128.
