This first clue was pretty easy. It says to search near sand and surf. Well that's easy! Where do you go where there is sand and surfing around you? The cove! Click on the pile of candy next to the surfboard.
The first clue is done, and on to the second clue. The next clue is to head to a spooky house. The haunted house! Go to the forest, and waddle on to the house. Before you go in, there should be candy at the tombstones. Click on that, and you have successfully found a ghost. 
On to the third clue. Now, it says to go to a wooden shack. I think its at the mine shack! Looks like a was correct. The pile of candy is next to the Earth Day tree.
Fourth clue is to go to a spot where tour guides usually go to. The Ski Village!
The fifth clue is to sleek out a snowy slope. Where do we play sled racing? Well at the Mountain of course!
Wander out into the woods. Go to the Forest, and you should see a pile of candy right next to the entrance of the Haunted House.
Let's look toward a tower of light. Do you see the candy? It's right next to the tepee!
The final clue is to be on the look out for a boat. That's easy! The dock!
Once you find all the ghosts, click on claim prize. Click yes, and this is what the background looks like:
