Club Penguin Migrator Bug

While logging onto Club Penguin today I noticed that Club Penguin had not added the Migrator to their home page, take a look:

Strange, why would Rockhopper not be there? Rockhopper is docked up at the beach but the home screen of Club Penguin doesn't show it. Why do you think this bug has happened? Comment and tell me ~Happyblue128.
